1. We must be Christ-centered, serving our Lord Jesus with full devotion, seeking the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit, and bearing fruit for the glory of God.
      
2. We must be Biblical, adhering to the Scriptures as God's authoritative revelation of His will and His ways, which we seek to communicate accurately, clearly and practically.
       
3. We must be Purpose Driven, passionately pursuing our Lord, as we fulfill our Mission and our Vision.
      
4. We must give ourselves to Prayer and the Praise of God, as expressions of our devotion to him and dependence upon him.
      
5. We must be A Caring Community, believing all people matter to God and should have opportunities through the church to know and be known, love and be loved, serve and be served, and celebrate and be celebrated.
      
6. We must be Authentic, demonstrating integrity, genuineness and humility that recognizes we are each fellow strugglers and wounded healers.
      
7. We must be Seeker Sensitive, offering a safe place for spiritual searchers to investigate the life-changing message of Christ in culturally relevant ways.
      
8. We must be Faithful Stewards, since all Christ's followers are uniquely gifted and commanded to employ their spiritual gifts and invest their material resources to build up the church and advance God's kingdom.
      
9. We must be Flexible, recognizing change is normative for a vital church community pursuing excellence in rapidly changing times.
   
   
10. We must be Encouraging, offering comfort, hope and celebration to a world hungry for good news.
